Thoughts:

This is a very, VERY short and simple book talking about how to make it easier to decide what is worth doing in your limited time on this planet. Nothing Sivers mentions is particularly profound, but rather serves as a nice reminder of when to say yes (when it's a "hell yeah") or no (all the other times). Obviously, there are certain things you just can't avoid in life, but these apply mostly to the things you are given the opportunity to partake in during your "free" time.

I've seen a lot of people hate on this book due to how short it is and how much of it is really common sense. But I actually really enjoyed how succint it was. Sivers doesn't beat around the bush and just gets straight to the point. Yes, most of it is common sense, but that doesn't mean it's not useful or helpful to read. While not life-changing or my favorite book of all time, I think it deserves a solid 7.5 out of 10.
